Organization Change (as of March 17, 2021)

• Dismantled the Corporate Planning Department and created the Corporate Strategy Department

Personnel Changes

• Norihiro Ashida joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CEO) on March 15, 2021
• Yoshinori Bamba has taken up the title of Director on the Board in charge of the Corporate Strategy Department from March 17, 2021
