Responsibility and authority system for public research funds
Based on the "Guidelines for the Management and Auditing of Public Research Funds at Research Institutions" notified by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and other ministries, we will appropriately operate and manage public research funds under the following responsibility system.
Responsibility System
1. Chief Administrative Officer: President
He oversees the entire company and is ultimately responsible for the operation and management of public research funds.
2. General Management Officer: Chief Financial Officer
Assists the Chief Administrative Officer and oversees the substantive operation and management of public research funds.
3. Compliance Promotion Manager: General Manager
Under the direction of the General Administrative Officer, we will conduct practical operation, management, and promotion of compliance with public research funds.
4. Director of Research Ethics Education: Director of the Planning Department or Director in charge of the Planning Department
Under the direction of the General Manager, we will strive to improve research ethics related to public research funds.
